Join our team as a Chipper/Debarker Utility and begin your career earning $21.25 per hour . This role will be working a rotating 12 hour shift 9am – 9pm during the weekdays and 5am-5pm on weekends. Workdays rotate consistently each week; rotate between working 3 12-hour days and 4 12-hour days a week along with 2 weekends off a month. What we are looking for: - High school diploma or equivalent - Experience in manufacturing or production operations, preferably in the wood products industry - Experience operating heavy equipment - Ability to understand and interpret technical manuals and diagrams - Strong mechanical skills and troubleshooting abilities - High attention to detail and commitment to quality work - Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team - Adaptability to a fast-paced environment with changing production needs - Strong communication skills when working with team members and supervisors - Willingness to work shifts, including nights and weekends, when needed What we offer: - Competitive wages ba...
