This role will be located at one of Discovery Land Company's locations: Driftwood Golf and Ranch, set outside of Austin, TX. Driftwood Golf and Ranch Club is seeking an Accountant to join the Finance and Accounting Department. In this role, you will be part of creating the Discovery Land Company experience for our members and fellow employees. This position independently executes core month-end close task, reconciliations, and development cost accounting activities, identifying issues and proposing solutions while escalating matters requiring judgment or policy interpretation to the Development Controller. Key Responsibilities: Execute month-end close activities including journal entries, accruals, and assigned reconciliations; ensure completeness and accuracy to close deadlines.
