It’s a new chapter with more possibilities.​ The Purpose: Based in Sydney, the Risk in Change Manager position is a 12 month max term contract role that sits within the Line 1 Business Risk Hub and works closely with Group Risk and Business Risk teams to deliver Risk in Change outcomes. The Risk in Change Specialist leads Risk in Change activities across key initiatives, ensuring strategic, operational, and technological changes are effectively assessed and managed for both delivery and post-implementation risk. The role requires strong experience in risk management, change, and project environments, with a demonstrated ability to lead Risk in Change for complex initiatives and mitigate change-related risks.
