ROLE SUMMARY: The Quality Inspector, Product QC performs quality inspections such as visual, dimensional and NDE inspection of parts, assemblies and subassemblies. They ensure that the parts meet the design & manufacturing requirements and raise non-conformance when a defect is found. The role is specifically focused on mechanical product inspection within the Oilfield Services & Equipment (OFSE) Portfolio of Baker Hughes. The Quality Inspector, Product QC a full-time position that reports to the ISC Quality Manager, Product QA or Quality Control Supervisor. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Health, Safety and Environment Actively participate in HSE programs as assigned Keep work areas of the facility in a safe, clean and organized manner at all times in accordance with 6S Checklist If ever you see anyone around you performing an unsafe act or working in an unsafe condition, immediately Stop Work and report to your lead/supervisor/manager If ever any HSE incident takes place, Stop Work and report immediately to your lead/supervisor/manager.
