Position Description: We’re looking for a highly motivated Strategy Manager to help shape and drive the Oklo’s commercialization and growth plans. In this role, you will partner closely with the executive team and cross-functional leaders to translate complex business questions into clear strategic choices, operating priorities, and execution plans. You will bring structure to ambiguity, lead high-priority strategic initiatives, and ensure the company is making disciplined, well-informed decisions as we scale. This is a high-impact role for someone who combines strategic rigor with strong judgment and execution. The right candidate will be equally comfortable framing and analyzing a market entry question, building a decision-making process, pressure-testing assumptions, and driving alignment across stakeholders in a fast-moving and highly regulated environment.
