Job Title: Soccer Camp Counselor – Part Time, Seasonal Reports To: Facilities Manager and Soccer Coordinator FLSA Status: Non-exempt: Summary : With passion and dedication to excellence, the Addams Park Activities Soccer Camp Counselor will create a friendly, fun, and open environment while ensuring all safety procedures and protocols for children of all ages. A Soccer camp counselor will supervise, educate, and lead children of all ages through different outdoor and indoor Soccer activities at camp. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Leads indoor and outdoor soccer and educational activities gearing them to the needs of various age groups Assists in all soccer-related activities, maintains a positive and inclusive approach with all assigned participants Plans and assists in the daily preparation for the camp day; sets up a takes down equipment before and after soccer camp activities occur Addresses behavioral issues when needed: Facilitates and encourages participation in camp activities Knows and understands all emergency procedures associated with the soccer camp program Communicates clearly and effectively in written and verbal methods with supervisor, parents, and children...
