Job Title HVAC Utility Job Description Summary: Job Description: SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Work on HVAC project work. - Assist with HVAC maintenance work when needed. - Be able to work on back shifts and weekends when the project requires it. - Have basic Mechanical Skills. - Must have the required C&W Services sight’s tool list. - Must be able to listen to instruction on assignments and carry them out unsupervised. - Must be able to obtain a fork truck license & lift license 90 days from the date of hiring. (must have a valid NC driver’s license). - Must be able to work overtime when required. - Any other duties as directed by the HVAC Manager.
