Wherever we go we engage faith, relationship-building, and volunteers to lift-up and support Colorado’s most vulnerable citizens. ** Senior Program Manager is charged with supervising staff, managing programmatic budgets, coordinating activities among community partners, collaborating with key stakeholders, ensuring compliance with all applicable rules, regulations, laws, and funder requirements, and achieving program objectives. Oversees supervisory and managerial personnel and is responsible for developing and implementing program-specific policies and practices that support staff and client wellbeing, the professional development of staff members, and promote positive outcomes for clients.
