The Opportunity We are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager - Aviation to join our expanding team in our Charlotte or Raleigh, NC offices. This is a dynamic leadership opportunity to work on a wide range of civil and aviation-related infrastructure projects at NC airports. Role Summary: As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll lead multidisciplinary teams through all phases of planning, design, and delivery of complex projects. You’ll play a key role in business development, project execution, and client relationship management—while also helping to mentor junior staff and contribute to the growth of our North Carolina Aviation team. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, design, and manage a variety of aviation and civil infrastructure projects - Oversee stormwater, utility infrastructure, and pavement design and assessments - Manage construction support services, including construction management and inspection - Lead and coordinate large, multi-disciplinary design teams - Prepare engineering plans, specifications, reports, and permit applications - Analyze design alternatives, technical data, cost estimates, and project schedules - Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, a...
