About the Team The Strategic Finance team at Miro exists to turn data into decisions. We sit at the intersection of finance, strategy, and operations – partnering with leaders across the company to set ambitious targets, pressure-test big bets, and find the smartest places to invest the next dollar. We combine external market signal with deep internal analysis to help Miro grow faster, smarter, and more efficiently. Within Strategic Finance, the R&D pillar is the financial brain trust for one of Miro's largest and fastest-evolving cost centers. As AI reshapes how products are built and operated, R&D investment decisions — from headcount and tooling to model selection and cloud commit strategy — have never carried more weight. We're building a function that doesn't just report on R&D spend but actively shapes where it goes. About the Role: We are looking for a Strategic Finance Manager, R&D to be the dedicated finance partner to our R&D leadership team.
