Description We are looking for skilled and experienced Lead Installers to join our 5/18 training class and oversee the installation of high-quality bathroom projects. The Lead Installer is responsible for managing a team of two, ensuring adherence to project timelines, maintaining high-quality standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position requires strong technical skills, leadership ability, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure while ensuring safety and compliance on all job sites. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: - Lead a team of installers to ensure projects are completed efficiently, on time, and to high standards. - Ensuring proper installation techniques and safety procedures are followed. - Train new installers on best practices, product knowledge, and company policies. Installation & Quality Assurance: - Install various remodeling components, including bathtubs, showers, and other bath fixtures, ensuring precision and high-quality craftsmanship. - Ensure all installations meet or exceed company and industry standards for quality and safety.
