SUMMARY: The Assistant Vice President of Employment is responsible for the oversight of all Employment Services, including procurement of paid work opportunities in enclave employment sites and competitive employment for individuals participating in the organization’s CBDS and Career Services program. The position will be expected to establish, maintain and nurture business contacts that will advance the efforts of the agency. The position will oversee the Career Services division, including MassAbility and DDS, and will work closely with the AVP of CBDS to collaborate services between CBDS programs and employment opportunities. The position is responsible for compliance with all relevant DOL, OSHA, and other pertinent federal and state regulations.
