Job Description We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst who thrives in a fast-paced technology environment. As part of our Telematics IT team, you will sit at the intersection of business and technology - working closely with internal stakeholders, developers, and delivery teams to shape, define, and deliver impactful solutions. You will play a key part in improving operational efficiency, enhancing customer experiences, and driving business performance through well-designed systems and processes. Many of these sit within or integrate with Salesforce. If you enjoy translating complex business needs into clear, scalable solutions, we’d love to hear from you. This role is based in our Telematics head office at Arden Square, Crewe . It’s an excellent work environment, purpose built for collaboration.
