We are currently recruiting for an HGV Mechanic to join our transport division located at our Heywood facility. Shift Available: Working Monday - Friday 08:30-17:00 Rate of Pay: £18.61 per hour. The role: In this role you will complete varied tasks which include: Diagnose faults and carry out repairs. Maintain, repair and service units and trailers to MOT standards. Making sure vehicle cleaning requirements are up to standard before MOT service. Repairing defects. General basic garage duties. Dealing with breakdowns nationwide. What we are looking for: Experience with maintenance and MOT on HGVS. Someone who holds a HGV Class 1 License. Demonstrated knowledge of electrical instrumentation and safety compliance.
