Job description

Overview Conducts the overall coordination of the Enhanced Condom Distribution program activities, supervision of program staff, ensures model fidelity for all program activities, leads the strategic plan development, and performs service tracking and reporting (data entry). Conducts distribution and education of safer sex products to private or commercial sex-on-site locations (sex clubs and/or sex parties, night clubs and bars, etc). Serves as a member of the program Advisory Board. Responsibilities: Performs service tracking and reporting (data entry) in the NYC DOHMH Electronic System for HIV/AIDS Reporting and Evaluation (eSHARE) - Establish and maintain positive relationships with patients, visitors and other employees. Interacts professionally, courteously, and appropriately with patients, visitors, and other employees. Behave in a manner consistent with maintaining and furthering a positive public perception of BronxCare Health System and its employees. - Contribute to and participate in the Performance/Quality Improvement activities of the assigned department.
