Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 10 years of experience in data analytics, Trust and Safety, policy, anti-abuse messaging solutions, fraud/abuse investigations, risk management or a related field. - 1 year of experience in people management, leading a team. Preferred qualifications: - Experience building technical or product-based anti-abuse messaging solutions. - Experience in operations and Trust and Safety, including leading fast-moving teams. - Experience in fraud investigations, risk management, and threat analysis for communication products. - Proficiency in large-scale data analysis and processes for developing ML reputation models. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and leadership. - Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills with attention to the evolving abuse landscape.
