Who we are looking for We are looking for the Core Operations assistant Manager position which is within Asia Pacific Global delivery Fund Order Services unit located in Sydney. We are an end to end processing team which covers security price update , security transaction and corporate action process , client customized accounting report generate and delivery. What you will be responsible for As Unit Dealing Senior Associate you will: Managing day to day operations / delivery of assigned clients with a keen eye on oversight of operational risks to achieve good KPI performance for the team Ensure all activities are completed in line with internal standards and review as required Ensure incoming queries are being managed in a timely and accurate manner Work in conjunction with individuals on the team as well as other business units, shared services/COEs, outsource partners, external clients as needed to resolve issues/discrepancies and ensure client satisfaction through seamless processing, accuracy, and adherence to all SLAs/internal standards/guidelines.
