SUMMARY: Mortenson is currently seeking an experienced Electrical Lead Trainer to join a dynamic team impacting the entire organization! In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the coordination, instruction, classroom, and field management of the Mortenson Registered Apprenticeship Program. This role serves as a subject matter expert for the delivery of curriculum and primary contact for their representative Operating Group leadership teams for the Apprenticeship Program. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Deliver electrical focused NCCER modules, assessments and performance profiles - Partner with project leadership and project-based instructors to schedule classroom instruction, online assessments and electrical field evaluations - Ensure tools, books and other necessary resources are available for all training sessions - Manage, mentor and audit project-based instructors, performance evaluators and proctors - Manage master training calendar for the Operating Group - Collaborate with project team to create project training plans including schedules and selection of electrical apprentices - Partner with Apprenticeship Program Manager and HR Coordinator on completion, tracking and stora...
