The Manager ensures seamless execution of payroll initiatives by acting as a central project manager across multiple concurrent projects, coordinating plans, tracking deliverables, and managing dependencies across teams. This role brings structure to day‑to‑day operations and project work, enabling clear communication, timely issue resolution, and transparent reporting. As a multi‑project project manager supporting the three Global Payroll & Time Standards Office (GPTSO) pillars (Governance, Strategy, and Time & Pay), the Manager drives consistency in project structure, cadence, and reporting across all workstreams. By aligning roadmaps and driving accountability, the Manager helps the GPTSO achieve operational excellence. Is this role right for you?
