HWI has a fantastic opportunity to join our Sales team as a Steel Site Manager. Summary: At HWI, the Steel Site Manager is critical for our success. This position will have full responsibility for the operation and providing on-site presence to our customers. We are seeking a person with strong communication skills and a proven track record of customer satisfaction to steer the future of the refractory industry. Responsibilities: - Participate with customer managers to steer future refractory and operating practice - Manage interaction of our technical resources with customer technical team. - Manage site overhead and expenses in accordance with budget. - Establish and maintain positive customer impression of our products and company. - Collect operational data for analysis to determine correct refractory qualities. - Provide customer with refractory expertise. - Prevent untimely removal of installed refractory materials - Provide internal and external monthly reports on activities and occurrences at site. - Provide external monthly reports on refractory consumption and cost. - Ensure operation and maintenance of on-site machinery. - Manage inventory to ensure sufficient supply in...
