Job description

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven North America Strategic Business Development Director to drive large-scale cross-selling across an assigned portfolio of existing strategic partnerships, while also leading new business acquisition within designated industries. This sales leader will actively represent the organization at relevant industry events, conferences, trade shows, and speaking engagements to establish a strong reputation as an industry expert in domestic and international financial services. The role also includes leading research efforts to identify and pursue new industry verticals where Western Union can deliver differentiated value. Role Responsibilities: Establish and nurture relationships at existing networks to develop new business. Actively participate in annual planning meetings and quarterly updates with existing partners. Meet and exceed goals related to large-scale growth opportunities with assigned existing partners including cross-selling new products/services.
