Midtown is looking for an Aquatics Coach to add to our first-class organization. Position base rate is $24.00 - $26.50 per instructional hour (tiered depending on experience, education and certifications) The Position: As an integral part of the aquatics team, our Aquatics Coaches inspire members through movement, community, and personal attention. They encourage active, social, and healthier lives by: - Demonstrating professionalism, resilience, continued growth and optimism - Build lesson plans based on the Midtown curriculum and teach to expectations - Promoting and providing private lessons - Have excellent engagement skills to build trust and open communication - Maintaining aquatics areas and equipment to promote an enjoyable experience - Provide availability to teach during Group Lesson times which may include: Monday - Friday 3:45pm - 6:30pm, Saturday & Sunday 9:00am-1:00pm.
