Overview We are currently recruiting for a Senior Registered Nurse to join our Hospice Community Services team. This role is 37.5 hours per week over 4 days working in accordance with the Department Rota. Role Summary: Hospice Community Services are looking for a Registered Nurse to join our team to work in the community. The post holder should be a Registered Nurse with post qualification experience working in palliative care or related specialities and experience of working in the community. Hospice Community Services aims to provide care in locality areas/neighbourhoods aligned with our community partners serving our local communities. The post holder will demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation skills as well as a sound knowledge base linked with holistic assessment and advanced care planning. They will be an effective team member whilst working autonomously as required. They will have a commitment to collaborative working actively supporting and liaising with other health, social and voluntary care professionals and agencies.
