Job description

Overview As a Warehouse Site Leader, you'll contribute to the success of a warehouse location for PBNA by coordinating the receiving, shipping, and material handling responsibilities in the warehouse. You'll design and develop product movement and storage systems, improve operations, and support the front line staff. Responsibilities include cost efficiency, continuous improvement on processes, service, and safety for the full warehouse business unit across all shifts. You'll be responsible for managing numerous shifts in either a union or non-union environment and developing a team of frontline employees. When needed, or when there are not active leadership tasks to be completed, you’ll engage in other warehouse work as well, to include picking, forklift operation, cleaning, etc. Travel Requirement: 5%: Responsibilities: - Manage frontline employees - Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and aligning with legal regulations - Maintain quality standards of finished product - Drive development of future frontline leaders - Work with DSD delivery teams - Ensure smooth and timely delivery of product for the Sale...
