Automotive Sales Manager Job Duties & Responsibilities: Lead the team with a professional management style and promote enthusiasm, productivity, accountability, and positive guest-service. Meet monthly sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to dealership staff. Train dealership personnel on the proper preparation of all documents required for the sale of a vehicle. Independently review all required transactional documents prior to sale completion including but not limited to: Verify customer’s identity with the Driver’s license.
