TCP-USA is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Lead- Tea to join our Integrated Marketing function in a full-time , salaried role based in Woodcliff Lake, New Jersey . This position plays a pivotal role in strengthening and accelerating our core business. In this role you will leads strategy, positioning, and business performance – both in market and P&L – for the US portfolio of tea brands. This role is accountable for portfolio strategy, brand equity building, innovation leadership, and global alignment—while driving omnichannel growth, including a strong focus on e-commerce acceleration. This role partners closely with cross functional teams—including International Innovation, Sales, R&D, Finance, Digital, and Supply Chain.
