Description Retail Store Manager (Full-Time) – St. Augustine Premium Outlets Travelpro Luggage Outlet: 2700 State Road 16, Suite 307-B, St. Augustine, FL 32092 What We’re Looking For: Travelpro Luggage Outlet is looking for a Retail Store Manager to join our team! The Retail Store Manager will oversee our St. Augustine, FL location and its staff to achieve profitable sales. This role requires a skilled multi-tasker who can demonstrate creative leadership methods to motivate employees. What You’ll Do: The ideal candidate will be sales and team-oriented, display strong attention to detail, and maintain professionalism at all times, with a focus on the following: - Sales services – Manage all store sales, marketing and budgets. Report daily sales and capture all credit card and cash receipts. Deposit money into bank accounts daily and submit sales reports as required. Maintain budgets and record inventory for all purchases and sales. Perform inventory counts as needed and work with local and regional leaders to create new, cost-effective displays and strategies. - Customer Service – Respond to customer issues and resolve their needs as they arise.
