Position Summary: Western, Florida Medicare Advantage Plan, Broker Managers are accountable for driving and achieving company defined distribution channel sales goals and objectives in their FL submarkets (Pinellas, Hernando & Citrus County). They are responsible for recruiting, training and engaging Agent/Brokers in delivering the highest margin and most competitive HMO, CSNP, DSNP, PPO & HMO-POS business in the country. Broker Managers are required to build and enhance strong Agency relationships with all contracting levels to successfully deliver very aggressive sales goals in the fall for 2026 & 2027 (AEP) Annual Enrollment Period.
