In this role, you'll: As part of the Road Maintenance and Resilience Division you will help deliver safe, high‑quality construction and maintenance work across the region. You’ll carry out practical tasks using small plant and hand tools, working both independently and within a team to keep projects moving smoothly. You’ll ensure all activities meet project specifications by following established procedures, taking measurements, comparing work to plans, and maintaining accurate records. You’ll also help resolve day‑to‑day issues on site, support safe work practices, follow environmental procedures, and guide team members when needed. At times, you may also perform duties aligned with a Road Worker.
