Business Excellence Specialist The Business Excellence Specialist is an essential member of the BE organization who will support store success both remotely & onsite. Reporting directly to the North American Business Excellence Leader, this individual will work closely with leadership to implement new sales initiatives as they relate to store success. Problem-solving, onsite validation, Onsite Store Support, and Store Manager training are all a large part of the job. Occasional project management will be required, as well as Policy & Process development and maintenance. This position requires travel up to 75% of the time. Position Responsibilities: Validation: - Onsite validation of compliance & Business Excellence elements - Store Business Review & Business Excellence Process Confirmations - In-person store audits Discovery & Problem Solving: - Visit stores with chronic misses on Business Excellence metrics, establish Root Causes - Recommend corrective actions to be completed that will correct the problem - Support branches in need of onsite emergency support Store Manager Training: - Coordinate & assign online training for new Store Managers - Conduct Virtual training to suppleme...
