Job description

We are seeking a Community Engagement Advisor to join the Creek Connect team and contribute to the delivery of Sydney Water’s Upper South Creek Networks Program, a major infrastructure initiative supporting growth across Western Sydney. In this role, you will assist in leading community and stakeholder engagement across multiple projects—developing engagement plans, delivering clear communications, managing risks and complaints, and working closely with contractors to ensure all interactions are compliant, consistent, and support smooth project delivery. Be part of a large-scale, long-term joint venture between Seymour Whyte and Jacobs, awarded by Sydney Water as an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Management (EPCM) project. As the region expands, so does the need for sustainable and resilient water solutions. The Upper South Creek Network will feature new wastewater pumping stations and gravity carriers, with the first work stage beginning before the year's end.
