Description Position Summary: Responsible for administrating predictive and preventative maintenance activities utilizing our web based CMMS system. Support safe, timely, efficient, high quality production by providing effective leadership to Maintenance Technicians and contractors for the repair, maintenance, and installation of equipment and systems related to the buildings and grounds. Schedule, coordinate, and execute maintenance related activities with department leads, Maintenance Technicians, and outside contractors. Develop key metrics that drive continuous improvement in both staff and equipment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following, other duties may be assigned: - Supervises a team of maintenance technicians in the day-to-day operations of maintaining the Fort Worth RECARO Aircraft Seating assembly facility. Identify reoccurring problems related to staffing issues or processes and identify possible solutions. - Operate as a supervisor and leader to monitor the maintenance team’s performance and completion of maintenance activities including complex assignments through constructive feedback and coaching. - Develop and deliver formal individual perfor...
