POSITION: Procurement Category Leader – TASKI Floor Care Machines The position is part of the Global TASKI Purchasing Organization and is responsible for sourcing Floor Care Machine components and finished goods for TASKI in Europe, Located at our NCH facility near Prague managing $10–30M annual spend, with direct impact on product cost, supplier innovation, and supply continuity. Works within a $100M global FCM category and team aligned with global strategies. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Management: - Lead sourcing for electronic and mechanical components and finished goods following global sourcing methodology - Define and implement 1–3 year sourcing strategies, supplier selections, contracts, and commercial terms - Scout, assess, and technically evaluate suppliers and manufacturing processes - Support inflation outlooks and market intelligence for key commodities Cost, Performance & Ris...
