Little is a dynamic, growing trans-disciplinary design firm, dedicated to the belief that the best design solutions come from the creative collaboration of people from all fields of design. Our firm is made up of Architects, Engineers, Land Planners, Landscape Architects, Interior Designers, Graphic Designers, Brand Design Specialists, and Digital Imaging / Animation specialists. We have offices in Charlotte NC, Newport Beach, CA, Durham NC, Orlando FL, Washington DC and Charleston, SC. The individual selected for this opportunity will provide high level administrative support for the leadership team of the firm. He/she will be an adjunct member of the leadership team, working closely with the CEO, COO, and Executive Team (CFO, CMO, CHRO, and CIO). Additionally, the role interfaces with and provides support to our people in all of our offices, as well as some contact with clients, partners and vendors. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Providing high level executive support to CEO and COO - Coordination of our firm-wide training programs - Coordinate leadership meetings, board meetings, and offsite events, including agenda and meeting minutes preparation, materials...
