Senior Engineer - Perceived Quality

Aston Martin is seeking a Senior Engineer – Perceived Quality to support the definition, development and verification of Perceived Quality (PQ) across all vehicle programmes. This role is critical in shaping both the subjective and objective KPIs that influence customer perception and ensure our vehicles meet the highest standards expected of an iconic luxury brand. Role overview: - Support the delivery of the Perceived Quality (PQ) attribute at vehicle, system and component level, using virtual and physical assessment events. - Contribute to PQ strategy, specifications, standards and deployment roadmaps aligned to Aston Martin brand DNA and market derivatives. - Work closely with APC, Vehicle Attributes and Commodity teams to drive benchmarking, research, BoD/BoP content and best‑practice deployment. - Track PQ performance through programme gateways, supporting DFMEAs, DVPs, issue resolution, reporting and review forums.
