Grill Cook – Warner Robins Air Force Base Employer: Vaughn & BCI: Location: Warner Robins, GA Position Type: Full-Time Pay Rate: $17.80/hour Shift: TBD (to be assigned upon hire) Clearance: Must be eligible for base access at Warner Robins AFB Position Summary: Vaughn & BCI is seeking a skilled Grill Cook to prepare and serve grilled food items for military personnel at Warner Robins Air Force Base . The Grill Cook is responsible for grilling meats and other food products to order, ensuring accuracy, presentation, and adherence to safety and military food standards. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, season, and cook grilled menu items including meats, poultry, vegetables, and breakfast items Operate and maintain grills, flat tops, broilers, and other cooking equipment Follow standardized recipes, portion control, and plating guidelines Ensure food is cooked to proper internal temperatures and served promptly Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of grill station and cooking utensils Assist with restocking, prep work, and food rotation as needed Comply with HACCP, food safety, and sanitation guidelines Communicate with other kitchen staff to coordinate meal service during peak times Prov...
