Field Quality/Reliability Engineer - Battery Systems

Job Description: The Field Reliability Engineer drives proactive quality initiatives for the Battery Systems portfolio, focusing on building infrastructure for diagnostics and product support to improve warranty outcomes and social media sentiment. Reporting to the Mgr of QE/RE, this role requires strong cross-functional collaboration to drive technical and process improvements expected to operate in a fast-paced environment. Duties and Responsibilities: - Develop and execute failure analysis methodologies - Develop formal failure analysis reports with data and findings after analysis completion. - Regularly analyze and report quality metrics to cross-functional teams and global leadership, ensuring visibility and actionable insights. - Partner with Brand Marketing to conduct user outreach, gain insights into user experience, and translate findings into product improvements. - Collaborate with IT and Analytics teams to manage data infrastructure. - Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility, including the establishment and maintenance of a Failure Reporting, Analysis, and Corrective Action System (FRACAS). - Drive statistical analysis of warranty data to identify trends a...
