Responsibilities We are seeking an exceptional Director / Senior Manager to lead our Analog, Mixed-Signal team. The team is responsible for developing IPs for data center SERDES applications for 200G and 400G, including DSPs, Drivers, and TIAs. This is a people management position with hands-on technical leadership responsibilities. In this role, you will focus on the following: - Provide hands-on technical leadership, driving strategic decisions, roadmaps, and architectural developments for mixed-signal designs across global teams - Partner with IC designers and system engineers to develop high-performance analog and mixed-signal circuits for next-generation products - Translate product specifications into block-level design requirements and drive technical excellence in Implementation - Build, mentor, and develop a world-class team of analog, mixed-signal, and RF IC designers - Recruit top talent and cultivate a high-performance, innovative culture - Drive performance management, career development, and succession planning - Enhance organizational capability through coaching and skills development - Partner with system engineering, digital design, CAD, and technology teams to opt...
