About the role: As Programme Manager, Partner Delivery on Anthropic's Global Partnerships & Business Development team, you'll build and run a partner-delivered package programme from scratch. You'll turn customer needs into productised offerings that partners sell and deliver — starting with Activations — and own the programme end-to-end, from partner recruitment through delivery outcomes. This is a zero-to-one role. You'll establish the infrastructure, the economics, and the operational playbook that enables Anthropic's partners to consistently deliver high-quality outcomes at scale.
