As our Learning Specialist, you'll play a key role in developing talent at every level. Summary: Supports the company's need to ensure newly hired and existing internal and vendor employees are properly and professionally trained in a variety of skills. Collaborates with enterprise business leaders and team members to identify and assess training needs. Designs, develops and implements engaging and effective learning solutions to expand individual and organizational skills, including e-learning programs. Works with management and business team members to develop and maintain knowledge bases that include reference materials, system procedures, and leader and instructional guides to ensure program integrity. Facilitates classroom and virtual learning activities and programs focused on technical systems, skill development, on-the-job employee coaching and customer-centric service-related topics.
