Important : This role will be onsite out of our downtown Phoenix NOC on a full-time bas i s. About the Role: We are seeking a IT Support Technician to join our team. The IT Support Technician will play a crucial role in monitoring, analyzing, and maintaining the performance and efficiency of our operational systems. This individual will work closely with various departments to ensure seamless operations, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to optimize performance. What You’ll Do: - Monitor production systems including POS, eCommerce, and supporting infrastructure - Perform incident triage and resolve common issues; escalate more complex incidents to engineering teams - Support outage management, including bridge coordination and communications - Partner with application, infrastructure, and support teams to drive resolution - Maintain accurate incident documentation and shift handoffs Qualifications: Disclaimer: While this job description outlines primary responsibilities, it is not a comprehensive list of all tasks.
