We’re seeking a dedicated Estate & Minor Maintenance Operative to join Encore at one of our established developments in North West London. This is a full-time opportunity for someone who takes pride in keeping sites well-maintained, safe, and welcoming. Role Overview: Location: London, NW9: Hours: Mon-Fri, 08:00-16:00: Salary: £26,936: Key Responsibilities: Your role will involve a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of the development, including: General maintenance tasks (e.g., changing lightbulbs and lamps) Caretaking and gardening duties to keep the site in top condition Minor Maintenance Tasks (Painting, Equipment upkeep and other minor repairs/works) Cleaning communal areas and facilities: Emergency system testing, such as fire alarms and emergency lighting Managing bin stores and car park monitoring CCTV surveillance and monitoring: Operating site machinery and programming fob access control systems (full training provided) What We’re Looking For: While previous experience in cleaning or security is advantageous, it’s not essential. We’re looking for someone who: Has experience in Plumbing, Electrics, Carpentry or General Handyperson work. Lives within...
