Responsibilities and Main Result Areas: Crew Training: · General supervision of line flying operating standards of pilots on the fleet. · Delivery of line training for new pilots, pilots engaged in command course training and on other occasions as required by the training department. · Briefing, conducting, and debriefing pilot Line and Route/Role/Area Checks. · Delivering and administrating ground school instruction when required, covering subjects relevant to line flying. · Conducting pre-command assessments on candidates eligible for command. · Completing Emergency and Safety Equipment training and checking when required. · Prompt and accurate completion and submission of NHV training report forms. · Delivery of differences and familiarisation training as required. · Setting and maintaining the highest possible standards of line flying by personal example. · Responsible for compl...
