Dinsmore is seeking a Paralegal at our Denver, CO location who will support multiple attorneys in connection with Tort Litigation with an emphasis on construction defect. Responsibilities: - Perform high-quality billable work and record time in accordance with client/firm policy - Conduct case research and investigation - Analyze and summarize medical and other related records - Manage collection, organization and production of electronic documents - Draft disclosures, discovery and subpoenas - Work with expert consultants and witnesses - Assist multiple attorneys through all phases of litigation - Availability for limited travel to clients and other Dinsmore offices - Serve as the main point of contact for all assigned cases - H...
