Quality Assurance Supervisor The Quality Assurance Supervisor leads as a quality champion for the plant. The successful candidate will be responsible for: Ensuring testing results are timely, accurate, and meet all regulatory requirements as well as Land O'Lakes specifications prior to release of product. Assists in maintaining all required electronic and file documentation. This role is at a Dairy Foods manufacturing facility for Land O’Lakes, creating dairy products that stand for real, simple goodness. We believe there’s power in every drop of milk our farmers produce, and by improving production and finding innovative uses for that milk, we add a little good to people’s lives. Essential Functions: Coaching employees as needed to ensure compliance with plant quality programs, Enterprise Quality Management System, and SQF requirements. Assist the QA Manager in measuring and monitoring key performance indicators as well as contributing data, background, and insight into those metrics.
