Purpose: The Customer Service Specialist uses set company guidelines and procedures to monitor and work the company/customer mailboxes while maintaining strong customer relationships. Essential Duties: o Having a positive and helpful attitude o Having strong follow up and quick response time o Being able to communicate clearly Company policy and procedure •Receive and answer customer questions regarding Customer Portal/Bill Pay Maintain strong customer/internal relationships by: - Timely answer customer inquiries coming in through the Company website and the Customer Svc mailbox, including distribution to the servicing branch - Provide documents requested in the DocRequest mailbox using CCMS, Doclink and RCRA - Provide W-9’s and COI’s to customers upon request - Run activity reports as requeste...
