Job description
The Project Coordinator for Site Management is an integral operations role that collaborates and supports the Site Management department in the overall success of material handling projects that range in technology and automation. The three principal areas of responsibility for this role is administrative support for our department, project level support to assist all of site management in specific tasks and leading process improvement opportunities in efforts to grow and evolve the Site Management department. Job Functions: - Site Management external contract invoice management - Assist EHS with collecting project safety KPIs on a monthly basis. - Maintain and audit project folder structures to ensure most up to date forms are being used by the project. - Maintain Intranet SM Page - Organize SM demand tracking with SIQ and separate excel documents i.e. Resourcing Waterfall - Work with Project Management to ensure all SIQ entries are accurate for all Site Management Department – audit hours across projects to check for accuracy and monitor utilization %s. - Assisting Site Management department with completion of the Site Readiness Checklist at project initiation. - Liaison with Fas...
