The Financial Planning and Analysis Manager will manage the systems and processes for the creation of annual budget plans, monthly financial forecasts and three-year mid-term plans in accordance with YAI executive management and YEC corporate planning requirements. Provide strategic financial analysis and information for achieving the financial goals of the organization. Recommends opportunities to improve company value. Qualifications: - Oversee the financial planning functions of Yaskawa America, Inc and Yaskawa Canada. - Develop, coordinate and implement the Company’s planning function including the annual budget, monthly forecast and three-year mid-term plan in conjunction with YEC planning requirements. - Provide periodic updates to measure actual performance against plan goals and objectives. - Prepare and present monthly financial forecast. Evaluate divisional financial results and plans (actuals, margins, investments, forecasts, budgets, strategies, etc.) and provide explanations of activity, business issues, and recommendations for financial improvement. - Review financial results of wholly-owned subsidiaries, including budgets, actual results to budget and forecasts.
