Role Overview: As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll operate across the full stack to design and deliver scalable, accessible, and well-structured features within a cross-functional team. Acting as the technical anchor for your squad, you’ll take ownership of complex challenges and drive features end-to-end - from initial design through to production. You’ll help lift engineering standards through thoughtful code reviews, strong testing practices, and clear documentation, while also supporting and mentoring junior engineers through collaboration and day-to-day guidance.
