Service Tech II | Platform 14 - Hillsboro, OR Platform 14 is a mid-rise style community consisting of 177 apartment homes. Schedule required: Tuesday - Saturday with ability to participate in the on-call rotation for after hours emergency work order requests. Compensation: Our company considers a range of factors including education and experience when determining base compensation. Hourly : Starting at $22.02 - $28.35 per hour, depending on years of experience, tenure, and location. Annual Starting Comp: $45,801 - $58,968.
